Actually that makes the body to be more sensitive to the meal you take and incase of a shift it will cause a damage so I wouldn't advice you to take that rather do regular sit ups to try to stress the fats and cholesterol causing the tummy and even change your menu to something light to cause a cut in the intake of fats
