But my question is if weed can actually pay the debt we have in china that means it's so wealthy,then I can't see the reason as to why Jamaica is still not ranked the most wealthy country

I think he makes a lot of sense, weed planting, snake farming are things really profitable and can help in debt payment. Economically it is sensible the problem is the moral part.
