You can’t cut people out of your life and then complain that you’re lonely!

I agree, but there are two categories of loneliness; natural one and individual based. In the natural one you just feel lonely inside despite the fact that you got people all around you that is to mean you've not met the right person or you are not in the company you ought to. This type therefore makes one feel depressed and seek public attention pertaining their status while in the individual based one the individual should not complain or make any public claims of being lonely since they are the ones causing it when they neglect or cut off some people in their lives.
