It's quite impressive though it needs a large capital investment for a start such business need partnership. If we were to gather @10000 for 10 people for garnering the amount required to achieve a tent and some seats and start to organize for people's birthdays, baby showers, weddings and funerals then after gaining ground the idea of adding the chefs comes up and we start holding our own full kit from PA systems to the food sector and also having our transport means so we can curb the problem of locations.
