Buy, building is costly and time consuming so I'd rather buy a well furnished house with my full satisfaction. Since it's already built the money paid is final and once, I choose an appealing and comfy one and snatch it. Buying saves you the time to look for the workers who'll help you build and buying materials you have never come across
