It is the state where one gets to do everything by themselves without needing an intervention from anybody. I don't think Kenya as a country has risen to that stage, I mean we still ask for loans from the same same colonisers. We depend on the same same people who colonized us for our economy protection because they set our goods prices. We took over their education system yet we still employ them to work for us for example the Chinese for road construction and our best brains are given scholarships by them and after attaining the knowledge still employ them and leave us with the average. Independence is far from us the only way to get it is if we all say no to them and let our people be employed in the various job opportunities.
